At DisplayOutdoors.com we want you to be satisfied with your outdoor display purchases. If for any reason you aren’t satisfied please let us know how we can make it right. The quickest way to get a resolution going is to fill out our Incident/Warranty Form.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your product arrives damaged due to manufacturing defects or shipping incidents we will fix or replace your product at no cost to you. If your product is damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 business days of receiving the product to request a return authorization number. Packages returned to our location or our supplier's warehouses without an authorization number will be refused upon delivery.

If your product arrives damaged due to a shipping company's mishandling, your shipment is insured by that carrier and we will do our best to expedite the claim and rectify the situation. While we will strive to help our clients in any way possible, we do not necessarily accept any expedited shipping charges incurred in shipping out replacement products or repairs.


Warranty Information

Most of our products carry at least a limited one year warranty. Please check the product description of the specific product for more detailed information about the returns policy and/or warranty information for that product.


Other Returns and Exchanges

There is a 15% restocking fee for returned items that are not damaged. Customer is responsible for all shipping costs and the restocking fee unless the product is damaged or defective. Please contact us within 7 days if you intend to return any item to our store. Many of our items are not eligible for this returns policy, such as custom-printed graphics.

Our goal is to have satisfied customers who receive products that exceed their expectations. So if you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact us. Also, we understand the fast pace, deadline-driven nature of this industry and will strive to move the process of replacements or exchanges in a timely manner, keeping in mind your event dates.



How Soon Will My Product Ship?

Production times vary based on products. However, most of our displays ship within 2 to 5 business days. Each product page lists that display’s estimated turnaround time and the location it ships from. We never charge rush charges or handling fees, and there are never any hidden costs associated with shipping.


We understand our displays are often purchased for specific events and times, so turnaround around time is a crucial deciding factor for many of our customers. We are always willing to work with our clients to offer the best displays with lightning quick turnaround times. Please contact us if you need a quicker turnaround time or want to make sure your display would arrive in time for your event.


Do You Ship Internationally?

UPS is our default carrier, and DisplayOutdoors will ship your package anywhere in the world as long as UPS visits your country. 

Our shopping cart calculates the cost of freight, but not the cost of applicable brokerage fees, duties and taxes associated with crossing the border. We regularly ship internationally, and we would be glad to help you by offering you a firm estimate on your shipping charges. Please contact us for more information if you are shipping internationally.


Shipping F.O.B?

Unless otherwise stated, all orders placed with DisplayOutdoors.com will ship Free On Board (F.O.B.) from either our shipping dock or one or our supplier's shipping docks. DisplayOutdoors.com is not responsible for delays or damage caused by a third-party shipping carrier but will work diligently to help however we can resolve those issues.


Where Do Packages Ship From?

We work with display manufacturers and graphics houses across the country, and your exhibit will ship from the location at which it is produced. Each product page lists where that product ships from.


Will You Ship on My UPS/FedEx Account?

DisplayOutdoors.com will definitely ship on your UPS or FedEx account at your request. Because we ship vast quantities of trade show booths and exhibiting accessories, we receive big discounts from UPS based on volume. For this reason, we advise that you avoid using your own UPS or FedEx account number unless you too receive volume-based discounts, as this will increase your shipping costs.
